As we usher in a brand-new year and chase light in winter, the 2026 New Year’s Day marks a wonderful time to bid farewell to the old and welcome the new. Ruifeng International Events once again builds an exclusive platform for football exchanges between Chinese and Russian teenagers.

We sincerely invited FC Zvezdaya Svobodny from Svobodny and FC Chita from Russia to travel thousands of miles to Tianjin, China, for this exclusive winter international youth football invitational tournament.

After three days of gruelling back-to-back matches and tough knockout battles, the two visiting Russian teams stood out from numerous strong rivals with solid technical skills, resilient competitive mindsets and seamless team coordination, claiming outstanding honours:

FC Zvezdaya Svobodny (Svobodny, Russia): Runner-up of the U10 Division

FC Chita (Russia): Third place of the U12 Division

Beyond the matches, the organizing committee leads the youngsters to visit landmark cultural sites in Tianjin for an intimate encounter with thousands of years of Chinese heritage and unique local customs of Tianjin:

1.Tianjin Ancient Culture Street;

2.Tianjin Eye — the world’s only Ferris wheel built over a river;

3.Huangyaguan Great Wall.

Football builds bridges, mountains and seas hold no barriers, and cultures connect as one. Winter pitches, glittering Tianjin skyline, towering Great Wall and gentle cultural travel moments together compose an exclusive growth chapter for these Russian teenagers.
